1. Digital Content Policy

NotesVeda sells instant-access digital PDF study notes. Due to the digital nature of PDF files which are immediately delivered to your Study Vault upon successful payment of ₹15, purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded.

2. Double Payment / Duplicate Charge Resolution

If you were charged twice for the same single subject note due to a technical network failure or duplicate payment gateway trigger, please email your transaction receipt / Razorpay Payment ID to nitinoraon760@gmail.com or via WhatsApp Support. We will verify and process a full refund for the duplicate transaction within 3–5 business days.
